Oskarsson from Jaren 

Carl Oskarsson,
Karl (Carl) Einar, born in 1889-02-12 at Jaren, Naverstad.
Carl emigrated on 1906-03-30, with the ship Salmo from Oslo, through England, to Seattle Washington.
Carl lived in Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Carl was married in 1920 to Hulda, who had Swedish ancestors. They had a son Irwin, who died in 1944, and Hulda died later the same year. Carl later married Pheobe.
Carl worked most of his life for the Standard Oil Company.
In October 1917, Carl was called to military duty, and participated in World War I.
Carl died in 1974-10-10.

Hulda Oskarsson (Lie)
Hulda Elida Oskarsson, born in 1890-24-10 at Jaren Naverstad.
Hulda emigrated to the US in 1908-08-21 to Seattle Washington, where her brother Carl was living.

Later, she lived in Portland Oregon, and married a Norwegian man Hans Lie. Hans was from Sandefjord.

They did not have any children. Her husband had a stone-cutting business, and made tombstones in Portland. Hans Lie died in 1965, and Hulda died in 1975-05-03.

Frida Oskarsson (Peterson)

Alfrida (Frida) Valborg Oskarsson, born in 1894-10-19 according to church records, but it should be 1894-10-17 at Jaren, Naverstad. Alfrida emigrated to the US in 1911-07-14, from Göteborg to Seattle Washington. Alfrida also lived in San Fransisco, Alaska, Portland and Los Angeles.
Frida was married in 1918 to Fabian Peterson, an emigrant from Boden in northern Sweden. They had a daughter Ruth, who in 1942 married to Chuck M. Howe. Ruth and Chuck had two children, Charles and Carol.
Charles has died, and Carol is married but has no children.
Chuck participated in WWI as a pilot. His plane was shot down, but he was able to save himself by using his parachute. He spent two years in a concentration camp in Germany, between 1943 – 45.
Frida died in 1977-04-27 in Eugene, Oregon.
