Augusta Charlotta Olausson Andersson, b. 1866-05-17 on Hålkekärr in Naverstad parish.
Emigrated 1893-05-19 from Christiania with the ship Angelo to Iron Mountain in Michigan.
She lived for a while in Duluth, Minnesota before she moved to Wisconsin.
In the US, she met Peter Christian Olson from Fetsund in Norway. The couple married on April 4, 1896 in Concordia Lutheran Church in Superior, Wisconsin.
Augusta and Peter had five children,
Olaf Arthur b. 1896-06-03,
Herman T. b. 1897-12-12,
Alfreda V. b. 1899-11-22,
Johan William b. 1901-10-22,
and Augusta Charlotta (Gusty) b. 1903-02-21.
Augusta passed away on Feb. 23, 1903, when she gave birth to her fifth child. Augusta is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery Parkland, in Superior Wisconsin, together with her son Johan William, who died in 1902, only nine months old.
Augusta was the sister to Herman på Hee, well known to the people in Bullaren. According to the records, Herman also went to the US, but we have not been able to find him.

Here are Augustas four children. Herman, Alfreda, Gusty and Art. Art is the father of Lowell Olson, who visited Bullaren some years ago with his wife Carol, and met all his relatives here.
After their marriage, Peter Christian and Augusta, built a house on 377 W 4th Street in Superior.
Art lived most of his life in Superior, except for a short while when the family moved to Berg Park.
He worked on his fathers farm and he also served in France during WWI. After the war he returned to the US, married Marie, and moved to Menominee.
He eventually bought a farm there, and that is where Art and Maries three children grew up. In the 1940´s the family moved to Superior.
Herman died at the age of 60. He was handicapped due to an accident.
Alfreda V. Lived a long life, and passed away when she was 95 years old. She is buried at Parkhill Cemetery in Duluth, Minnesota.
She was married to Georg Christian Christiansen and she worked as a teacher.
Johan William died after living only nine months.
Augusta Charlotta, Gusty, to the family, was married to Nels Arthur Swanson. She had no children, was a housewife and salesperson. A wonderful aunt to the Olsen children.
